SR Appearance

1. Click the Color field to the right of the parameter you want to change.

   The color picker displays.

   As you move the mouse over the available colors, the selected color displays at the bottom of the color picker.

2. Click the color you want.

   Once you have selected a color, the color picker closes and the color tag displays in the field.

3. Preview this change:

   1. Click Apply.

   2. Click the Preview button in the bottom-left corner of the tool.

      The Service Requester opens in a new window, showing the change you have made.

4. Continue to change other parameters on the page as desired.

5. Choose between two options:

   • Click Apply.

     This will save the changes without closing the configuration tool.

   • Click Save.

     This will save the settings and then close the tool.

You must first identify the URL path where the image is stored so that the proper path can be entered.

1. Identify the path for the stored image.

   One method for identifying the path is to locate the image in the image library (or right-click the image displayed in the system) and copy and paste the path shown.

2. Enter the path into the Alternate Logo or Background Image field.

3. Click Apply.

    

4. Preview this change:

   1. Click Apply.

   2. Click the Preview button in the bottom-left corner of the tool.

      The Service Requester opens in a new window, showing the change you have made.

5. Continue to change other parameters on the page as desired.

6. Choose between two options:

   • Click Apply.

     This will save the changes without closing the configuration tool.

   • Click Save.

     This will save the settings and then close the tool.
